Deliveries normally go smoothly, but should your gift recipient be out we will try our best to leave the gift with a neighbour or somewhere cool and safe if you have specified that we can do so. As a last resort the flowers will be returned to our shop for collection. We always leave a card advising the recipient that we have tried to deliver to them and what action we have taken as we have been unable to see them personally.
